Designing Usable Web Pages
This seminar/workshop series provides information so that participants will be able to write
web pages that are both usable and follow basic web design principles.
- Media Impact on Children
This is one of two graduate seminars and an introduction to media
research and media psychology.
- A Curriculum Idea for the
Introduction of Spanish Literature
This final presentation provides a curriculum idea to facilitate the
introduction of Spanish literature to students. The basic idea is to get
the students to think creatively by writing their own poem, and then get
them to think critically by analyzing a poem from a twentieth century
Nicaraguan poet, Ernesto Cardenal.

Parkside Hotel Activities
This document has been edited and changed slightly from the assignment for P506
although original work completed as part of P506 course.
Work on these activities was supported in part by the Anderew W. Mellon Foundation
and The Russell Sage Folundation.
This is one of the most elaborated final projects in P506. It is more than expected.
