MOOCs and Open Education Around the World is an enlightening and promising book relating to massively open online courses and open education resources (OER). Learning technology has swiftly improved in terms of interactivity and the ability to reach humans in every nation on earth since the emergence of the Internet. The transformational technological influence of the Internet provides powerful kinds of communication and interaction which are essential for elearning.
