MOOCs and Open Education is an engaging and promising edited collection having to do with massively open online courses and open education resources (OER). Elearning has quickly developed in terms of interactivity and the capacity to reach humans in all parts of the world since the emergence of the Internet. The life-changing technological influence of the World Wide Web offers kinds of communication and interaction which are essential for elearning technology. There are few trends in digital e-learning technology over the past half-century that can match the sudden arrival of MOOC classes.
