MOOCs and Open Education is an authoritative and promising book having to do with massive open online courses and open education resources (OERs). Digital elearning technology has swiftly progressed in terms of interactivity and the ability to reach humans in all parts of the world since the emergence of the Internet. The life-changing technological influence of the World Wide Web makes available powerful types of communication and interaction which are essential for elearning technology.
